Product Quality Assurance
All products sold by Freedom Mobility are thoroughly tested and assessed to ensure they meet the highest possible standards.
Warranty Information
New Products

Covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, provided with the product at the time of purchase.
Pre-Loved or Reconditioned Products

Covered under a warranty period specified on your invoice, based on the product purchased.

Warranty includes mechanical parts only. It excludes perishable items such as:

Tyres

Motor brushes

Batteries (unless new)

Extended Warranty

If purchased, the extended warranty is subject to the terms outlined by the third-party warranty provider. A warranty pamphlet will be provided.
Return-to-Base Warranty

All warranties are Return to Base, meaning:

The customer is responsible for returning the product to us for repairs.

Freedom Mobility will cover the cost of delivering the item back to you after repair.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We reserve the right to repair any faulty items. If repair is not possible, a replacement of equal or greater value will be offered.

A 14-day cooling-off period applies to purchases made:

Over the phone

During off-premises demonstrations (e.g., at your home or an exhibition)

Cooling-Off Period Exclusions

No cooling-off period is offered for:

In-person purchases made at our premises

Products that have been seen, tested, or described on-site before being paid for online or over the phone

Custom or bespoke items where manufacturing has begun

Specific products such as Scooterpac Cabin Cars (New or Reconditioned), due to their personalised nature

Returns Procedure

Any eligible return must be in the same condition as when sold.

The buyer is responsible for returning the item.

Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued.

The 14-day period starts from the date the item is received by the customer.
Scooter & Powered Wheelchair Usage Guidelines

Battery Care:

Charge batteries fully and regularly.

Avoid letting batteries fully discharge.
-
Do not perform short, incomplete charges, as this can damage battery life.

All products come with an intelligent charger that stops charging once batteries are full.

For best results, leave the charger connected and switched on when not in use.
⚠️ Failure to follow usage guidelines may result in faults. If a call-out is required due to user error, a call-out fee may apply.
