Scooter & Powered Wheelchair Usage Guidelines

  • Battery Care:

    • Charge batteries fully and regularly.

    • Avoid letting batteries fully discharge.

    • Do not perform short, incomplete charges, as this can damage battery life.

  • All products come with an intelligent charger that stops charging once batteries are full.

  • For best results, leave the charger connected and switched on when not in use.

⚠️ Failure to follow usage guidelines may result in faults. If a call-out is required due to user error, a call-out fee may apply.
